House was spacious enough for our party of 6 (4 adults and 2 older teens). Had everything we needed, however the price is high considering the conditions. We only booked this one as we were in a pinch to reschedule. Each bed had 2 bath towels. Each bed was comfortable. Ample pillows were supplied. Ample beach towels were provided for swimming however we had to tap into these for showering as well in between laundry. The pool was serviced as scheduled. 4 beach chairs and small chair umbrella for the beach provided. Cleaning and house condition needs attention. There are spider webs and spiders in various places in the pool seating area as well as the garage. The sliding door needs repair and is extremely heavy to close. There were no door rugs for coming in and out of pool area resulting in extremely slippery conditions both inside and outside the sliding door. The shower heads in both showers need replacing. The cooking area (stove/oven/counters) of the kitchen was exceptionally dirty, as were some dishes stored in the cupboard. Air fryer is gross. While 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, dish soap and 1 sponge was left for cleaning, there were no disinfectant products such as bleach or Lysol to clean with. This place was great for the location and size, upkeep is subpar and the price per night is too high considering the conditions.

The pool was a little cloudy but enjoyable, the beds were comfortable, the games were a ton of fun and entertained our kids. There were chairs and an umbrella for the beach as well sand toys, a couple of car seats and a booster to use. The neighborhood was a nice area and quiet, in the middle of things so a pretty good location to explore St Petersburg and all the surrounding areas. The bathtub would not drain, and it took a while (4 days) for someone to come fix it. We had stand in the dirty water while we showered and plunger it after each shower, which was a little frustrating with 5 people trying to use it. We were not staying at the house all day either, so it was luck for the owner that my father in law stayed to rest while we were gone to communicate to the plumber, per the owners request. I'm not sure what the plan was had he gone with us. The microwave didn't work, but there was an air fryer which was handy for most of our leftovers.

The layout of the house is great. The outdoor space is perfect for dining, relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The neighborhood is nice and great for walking. Friendly neighbors and peaceful neighborhood. Easy access to nearby attractions. Communication from host was prompt as was the follow up.

Great value for staying in between St. Pete and Tampa. Host was very responsive to questions. We had multiple generations with multiple physical needs and the house accommodated all of us.
